Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sigmint (the “Service”), available at sigmint.app. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Sigmint is a tool that helps you create an HTML email signature. Signatures are generated in your browser. You are responsible for the content you enter and for how you use the signatures you create.
2. No account required
The Service does not require you to create an account. Your in-progress work is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
3. Purchases
The Service offers an optional one-time “Pro” unlock and other paid options. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Creem), who acts as the merchant of record. Prices are shown before purchase. Your Pro entitlement is stored as a license token in your browser.
4. Refunds
Paid unlocks are covered by our refund policy. Please read it before purchasing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create signatures that are unlawful, deceptive, or that infringe the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service in a way that harms it or other users.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, templates, and code, is owned by Sigmint. The signature you generate from your own information is yours to use freely.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make signatures render correctly across email clients, we cannot guarantee behavior in every client or version. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigmint shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
