How to add an email signature to Apple Mail
Apple Mail needs one small trick: it ignores pasted formatting unless you turn off “Always match my default message font”. Here’s the reliable way.
Create your signature first →- 1
In Sigmint, click “Copy signature”.
- 2
Open Mail → Settings (or Preferences) → “Signatures”.
- 3
Select your email account, then click “+” to add a signature.
- 4
Uncheck “Always match my default message font”.
- 5
Select the placeholder text in the signature box and paste (Cmd + V).
- 6
Close the window — it saves automatically.
💡 If the layout looks off, use the “Download .html” option and drag the file into the signature box instead.
