How to add an email signature to New Outlook for Windows
The New Outlook for Windows keeps signatures in your account settings and renders full HTML, so your Sigmint design carries over cleanly. Set it once and it applies to every new message and reply automatically.
Create your signature first →- 1
In Sigmint, click Copy signature to copy the full signature to your clipboard.
- 2
Open New Outlook and click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner.
- 3
In the settings window, go to Accounts > Signatures.
- 4
Click New signature and give it a name (for example, "Main").
- 5
Click into the editing box and press Ctrl+V to paste your Sigmint signature.
- 6
Under Select default signatures, choose this signature for both New messages and Replies/forwards.
- 7
Click Save to store it.
💡 New Outlook stores signatures in the cloud per account and does not import them from Classic Outlook, so if you switch versions or add another mailbox you'll need to set it up again. Always paste with Ctrl+V rather than retyping, so the fonts and links stay intact.
