How to add an email signature to Fastmail

Fastmail is a full-featured email host with robust HTML signature support, including a source-code view for pixel-perfect control. You can attach your Sigmint signature to one or more sending identities so it applies automatically.

Create your signature first →
  1. 1

In Sigmint, click Copy signature to copy your signature to the clipboard.

  2. 2

In Fastmail, click the gear icon in the top-right and choose Settings.

  3. 3

In the Settings sidebar, open Signatures (listed under the Mail section).

  4. 4

Click New Signature (or select one to edit), then click into the editor and paste (Cmd+V / Ctrl+V) your Sigmint signature.

  5. 5

Assign the signature to the identity or addresses you send from, and set it as the default where appropriate.

  6. 6

Click Save, then compose a test email to confirm it renders correctly.

💡 For exact fidelity with table-based templates, use the editor's HTML/source toggle and paste the raw signature HTML (if you copied the HTML code from Sigmint) instead of the rendered version. Signatures in Fastmail are tied to identities, so add it to each identity you want it to appear on.
