How to add an email signature to Mailbird
Mailbird stores a separate signature for each identity you've added, using a rich-text editor that accepts pasted HTML. Once set, your Sigmint signature is appended to every message you send from that account.
Create your signature first →- 1
In Sigmint, click Copy signature to copy it to your clipboard.
- 2
In Mailbird, click the menu (hamburger) icon in the top-left and choose Settings.
- 3
Open the Identities tab and select the email account you want to sign.
- 4
Turn on the Signature toggle for that identity.
- 5
Click into the signature editor and press Ctrl+V to paste your Sigmint signature.
- 6
Close Settings — Mailbird saves the change automatically.
💡 Signatures are configured per identity, not globally, so repeat these steps for every account you send from. If an intricate multi-column layout collapses in the rich-text box, paste the raw code into the editor's HTML/source view instead.
