How to add an email signature to Spark
Spark's desktop app (Mac and Windows) has a rich signature editor that accepts pasted HTML, so your Sigmint signature transfers with its formatting intact. You can also assign a different signature to each connected email account.
Create your signature first →- 1
In Sigmint, click Copy signature.
- 2
In Spark, open Spark > Settings (called Preferences on older macOS builds); on Windows use the gear in the sidebar, then select Signatures.
- 3
Click the + button to add a new signature and give it a name.
- 4
Click inside the signature editor and paste with Cmd+V (Ctrl+V on Windows); the formatted signature appears.
- 5
Use the account/address selector in the panel to choose which account(s) this signature applies to.
- 6
Close Settings and open a new message to confirm the signature is inserted.
💡 Spark keeps signatures per account, so if you have several addresses set the signature for each one in the same panel. The Spark mobile app only supports plain-text signatures, so create HTML signatures from the desktop app.
