How to add an email signature to Outlook (Desktop)
Outlook’s Word-based rendering engine is where most signatures break — but Sigmint’s table-based HTML is built specifically for it, so it pastes in cleanly.
Create your signature first →- 1
In Sigmint, click “Copy signature”.
- 2
In Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → “Signatures…”.
- 3
Click “New”, name your signature, and click into the edit box.
- 4
Paste (Ctrl + V). Your formatting will be preserved.
- 5
Set the signature as default for “New messages” and “Replies/forwards”.
- 6
Click OK to save.
💡 On the new Outlook / Outlook on the web, use Settings → Mail → Compose and reply, then paste into the signature box.
