How to add an email signature to Superhuman

Superhuman is a keyboard-first client for Gmail and Outlook accounts that renders rich HTML signatures cleanly across the devices your recipients use. It stores one signature per connected account, so you set your Sigmint signature once and it follows every message you send from that address.

Create your signature first →
  1. 1

In Sigmint, click Copy signature to copy your finished signature to the clipboard.

  2. 2

In Superhuman, press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to open the command palette, type "Settings", and press Enter — or click your name in the top-left corner and choose Settings.

  3. 3

In the Settings sidebar, select Signature.

  4. 4

Click into the signature editor and paste with Cmd+V (Ctrl+V) so your Sigmint signature drops in with its formatting intact.

  5. 5

Use the toggles to control whether the signature is added to new emails, replies, and forwards.

  6. 6

Superhuman saves automatically — close Settings and send a test email to yourself to confirm it renders.

💡 Superhuman keeps a separate signature per connected account, so if you send from more than one address, repeat these steps under Settings for each account.
